Harvey’s Firepit Meeting

Hi family!!!
So the Harvey’s will be hosting a firepit meeting and fellowship shindig at their home 11/20 starting at 5pm. The meeting will start at 7 pm. The purpose of the event is multi-layered:
1) To help prepare the registration packets for the VRC
2) To inspire unity and fellowship and FUN.
We are gonna make some S’mores!
3) Due to facilities not allowing us to gather in a large group at the moment they wanted to provide their backyard as an option to have an “event” to do so
Please bring a camp chair if you have one. We may go grab some pizzas or something to eat. Feel free to bring something if you would like.
Come have some fun and do some service work. Please help spread the word!
